It’s great.... when it actually works

Extremely buggy. It’s great when it actually works but it’s a 50/50 shot if you’ll be able to log in or not (for months). Super frustrating especially when you want to use mobile deposit and avoid going places during a pandemic. I like to support a local credit union and their app is the only source of frustration I have.

Absolute Garbage

Both the app and the actual website are horrible and disgust me every time I am unfortunate enough to have to (try) to use them. 95% of the time the app doesn’t work, 90% of the time the website won’t either. What’s worst is that this has been going on for a long time now and there is obviously no effort made by OCCU to fix this. The thought that people are getting paid for creating and “maintaining” this garbage app makes me throw up, I bet your coding staff also continually messes up their Starbucks order and then yells at the barista for “getting it wrong”. I can’t tell you how sick and tired I am of this absolute incompetence. Also, if their IT team is trash like this, how can I trust them with sensitive data and money?? I just opened an account at a different bank, and will close my OCCU account as soon as possible. Horrible. Wouldn’t be surprised if this app is so idioticly coded that data is leaking straight to North Korea. Everybody, do yourself a favor, don’t get this app and DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

Works for me, no problems!

I just downloaded and used your app for the first time to do my first mobile deposit.
I recently refinanced my auto loan thru OCCU and my payment went down over $100/month so that's nice. Needed to deposit some money in order to cover the monthly payment and couldn't find a way to do that on the website, so I decided to try the app.

I was a bit worried when I saw that there were many negative reviews. Just wanted to add this positive one. It worked and was very easy to get the app, sign in, and make the deposit. I enabled facial recognition so hopefully it's even easier next time.
