Great App
Really useful in checking my account and easy to read!
Terrible App
I created a account to accept rent payments for my spa , I was approved to receive direct deposits and credit card processing . Half of my transactions was deposited into my account but later received a email stating that my other 2 transactions would be held on hold until I get another bank account and to prove the transaction agreement, which the app gives you this option in the tentant portal. Makes absolutely no sense to hold funds versus just refunding the tentant . Why would I get a whole new bank account just to receive the second half of funds that they said they made a “mistake on” . Highly do not recommend and the customer service reps are rude . Closing my account .
