What's in the app?
Send a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or printing labels. With our mobile application, in which you can find the Between us service, you can send a shipment in a moment. All you need is a phone and an online payment. You can pay online with card or via Apple Pay.
Returning the shipment
Do you need to return a shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application enables a simple return of the shipment, you only need to enter the code that you received from the e-shop. You don't need to fill in anything else.
Tracking
Thanks to the detailed tracking of the shipment and the connection with our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.
Push Notifications
Be informed. The app will notify you immediately when the shipment is ready for pickup.
Delivery points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest delivery points in the area. At the same time, the built-in filter allows you to select those places where you can pay by card, for example. You will then find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours, in the details of the delivery point.
Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.
I mainly pick up boxes with this app, but it works great. My packages are automatically loaded and I get updates relatively quickly. It beeps on the box when you choose to pick up using the app, signaling that you’re connected.

Hey developers - what about possibilities to adjust opening Z-Box (or what’s the name for pickup packages person-less) functionality? 1) I want to open it even I am not in front of that box (because someone else could wait there and bring it to me) 2) I want to “transfer” responsibility of that delivery to other person completely and (s)he can pick it up anytime (s)he want. I believe that’s only partially political decision ;)Update after 1st reply: Wow great! Well - not too much - I am in different time zone - is your customer support awake ? Hardly at work now. And - do you already accept calling via data? Whatsapp or Signal (even better)? Ah no? Maybe space for improvements? So try to read again my previous suggestion and bring us these features without possible-human-error in your team - thanks! ;)

The app requires access to your location just to open the freaking Z-Box. It’s super unnecessary - until now it was working working without it just fine. Also, if you need to switch between two different phone numbers, it will start sending you notifications for both and you can’t change that setting.

Hello, you are right that you have to have our application, Bluetooth connection and GPS to open Z-BOX. The reason is that the Z-BOX doesn’t have a push-button display. The user opens the Z-BOX with his/her phone. It is hygienic and there is no risk of the box not functioning during summer days. Gabriela from Packeta Group
