Great App But...
Great app and so convenient I just wish the parking police would pay more attention! Got a ticket today even through I paid for session! (And had 40 minutes left to boot!) I guess robots can take over some things.
It’s ok, still needs work
Nice to not have to keep running out to the meter, but they start the clock before you even finishing setting up your parking session. Also, the lock out period from the app if you miss the alert of your session ending is shady. They lock you out from adding time back on if your session runs out making it more likely to get a ticket between the time you either are able to load time back onto your parked car through the app or get out there to physically use the parking meter machines.
Used to work well
The first few times we used the app we loved it, because it made it easy to pay for parking. But now the app keeps saying “Network Error. Please Try Again” … and hours later it’s still not working (it’s clearly the app’s “network” because I have a 300 Mbps connection on the cell phone and all other apps working fine).
