Extremely convenient, especially when you want to extend your parking. Now there is no need to run back and add money, you just do it right from your phone.

Paid for parking on the app (with proof of payment), came out to find my car booted. Showed my app receipt to boot guy who was still on premises. According to the booting company, "sometimes the app doesn't update" and they go by what THEIR screen shows. Basically app receipt is pointless. Cops where called but these are private lots there is nothing they can do. $89 boot fee plus the $8 I paid to park. I've notice this app is used in several private parking lots in Miami that all have fraudulent boot charges pending against them. Not saying it's necessary the apps fault, but.....pretty sure it's some sort of scam. Also, cost for time is very high. Minimal time options and the cheapest ($8 for 2 hours) is equal to Valet cost in Coconut Grove. Considering you would have to pay $16 for 4 hours, Valet PLUS tip is cheaper and safer.

Some of their lots are “photo enforced” and if you are even 5 minutes late leaving the lot (not vacating the spot, mind you) they will mail you a citation. You better hope you receive notice of the citation before their criminally short expiration time ends or they’ll double your fee. And the fact that paying their citations includes taxes and a “service charge” goes to show this is just some greedy capitalist preying on people looking for parking to use public services.

There’s a reason these lots are always empty. If you see this sign, do yourself a favor and walk the extra five minutes from a more reputable parking lot.
