I agree, unusable.
I tried to open my app after getting the new 2023 payback book. Cannot even log in. I type my email and then it won’t do anything after the little animation showing it loading. Deleted and redownloaded, still broken. Please fix it. I paid for this book and have used the app a lot for the last three books I got.
Unusable
When the app opened, the only option was to submit an email address. I typed mine in and hit submit. An animated icon popped up, indicating the app was loading, and then kicked me back to the first screen. Tried closing the app and re-opening. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. There was just no way to get past the initial screen. Completely unusable.
Doesn’t have all of the locations that the book does
I purchased a book this year and just downloaded the app. Went to use it at our favorite restaurant and the coupons in the book are not on the app! Missed saving $5 there, and another $10 on our way home.
Guess I’ll keep the book in my car…
