Huge Improvement Over Old App

Really liking the new app. Much easier to use and the steps to do tasks are straightforward. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think it could be more intuitive and simpler when it comes to finding where everything is. Things feel like they take a lot of taps to get to. Would be nice to also have an overview of all one’s accounts. Other than that, hope the app keeps getting better!

The most secure app experience

The application’s security features far exceed what American banking apps offer. The numbers on the key pad for your pin vary each time and when you log out it is immediate. I also feel that I have full access to my accounts and money. Changing the language to English is possible but there are still some features which do not translate.

Chat does not work, so no way to contact support. Convoluted add payee method. No notifications about card transactions, vital for fraud prevention. Limited account management, and zero card management options. Limited Apple Pay support.
