It was so easy to get medication refilled. Just send your Veterinarian a message and they message you back when they are available.
Slow app that inconsistently reminds clients about their appointments
We have been using Petsapp for about 1 year. It is slow to load on my new iPhone and is slow or non responsive to load a new discussion. Our clients are not getting their reminders for their appointments and not showing up for their appointments. We are losing money due to no shows. Clients are frustrated and we are frustrated about this situation.
We submit a ticket for support and it takes days for a response.

Times don’t align, doesn’t save info
I put in the time, but it was offset by several hours when displaying during input. When I went to submit, it reset to the offset time even though it displayed the right time on the previous page. When I went back to alter the times so they fit my schedule it forgot all of them. This app is a huge barrier to actually booking appointments, and utterly frustrating to use
