I LOVE this app, I’ve been searching for something like this since I could write my book and keep my things organized. But every single app I tried didn’t let me use them unless I paid them and the cost was WAY to expensive. But when I found this app it was perfect it let you write anything it keep everything organized and it let you change things in the way you wanted, but like any other app you have to pay for it, BUT the price was $8.00 for a whole year which is incredibly cheap for me. And after paying you were allowed to change sizes and styles. I definitely recommend this app!!

After trying every other writing app I could possibly find, I decided on this one because it’s easy to use, simple, and allows you change your font and text size. Upon using the app for a day or two, I decided to pay for the upgraded version which allows you to have unlimited notes. Shortly after buying, however, I noticed a fatal flaw that is preventing me from comfortably using the app. I’m making a review in hopes the developer can repair it.The glitch I’m experiencing is whenever I open a note, it will occasionally completely erase all the text, and if you type a character in this state, the content of the note will be permanently gone. I’ve been able to catch it a few times and restart the app (before typing a character) and my note will remain, but other times I’ve not been so fortunate. I’ve not been able to find an undo button, but perhaps that would be a good solution until the main problem gets fixed, and a nice permanent addition to the app in general.Overall, this app would be a great addition to your workflow and I’d gladly change my review to five stars if this were to get fixed because it’s definitely deserving of it otherwise.

This is by far my favorite note taking app that I have. It is simple in form but with applicable features that allow me to do my creative writing anytime or anywhere. You don’t need a PhD to use this app but it will easily provide the ability to take the notes to acquire a PhD. What makes this app even better is the developers quick response to questions or issues. I highly recommend this app.

Please update your Pieces app as soon as possible • There was a critical error in the new iOS 17 for users of the previous version of the app, causing some users to lose their pieces. This has now been fixed and your pieces are safe! • Emergency backup - You can now OPTIONALLY turn on emergency backup, which will save a daily backup of your pieces for past 14 days. So if you ever have any issues in the future email arcopodev@gmail.com to access your emergency backup. A massive thank you to Zachariah A. for helping to draw our attention to this problem and getting it fixed. And Philip for helping me resolve privacy concerns.
