Why Rebrand?

I have used this app for a while now, and the exercises are good. It’s a really helpful resource and workout routine. I don’t particularly like that there are 2 videos for the same days. I would prefer that each day only has one video with a continuous workout, but it’s good either way.

I really don’t understand the rebrand to Hooked Health. I liked Pink Dragon a lot more. The name and color scheme was better. Whoever was the graphic designer for this app, or whoever did the rebrand just made the company look bad and forgettable. —-I am an interior designer and have worked in graphics and branding—. The app looks like an app you would read books on now and no longer appeals to your target audience…. It’s just bad.

Meh so far - and I haven’t started working out yet !!

So, I HATE the daily marketing emails I am getting hawking the additional
Meal plan, the elite program and of course the obligatory protein powder. Y’all I understand a hustle but before even sweating one drop this plan bombards you with “but wait there is more”, which leads me to regret purchasing the basic plan. Also I have been waiting 3 days to be approved for the FB group (as per the email invitation) so I feel like this content is just thrown out there as a money making machine with no further involvement from the creator or their team. Just some marketing firm churning out “buy more” stuff that is so grating. This kind of aggravation turns me off to the creator and the program completely. There are so many choices with much better after purchase experiences.

Suggestions to fixing the app

I love the app, I just started reusing it in my new home and I cast it to the TV through chrome cast and sometimes it messes up. Now within the app I believe they should add the tracker profile and protein calculator like they had online before the app, that helped! I think they should make it available to be able to sync to the apple health app so it can record how much calories were burn through the workout. Something like that would help a lot for people who need to keep count of their calories they are burning!!
