A quieter, more consistent planning experience across Mac, iPhone and iPad. • The Priority Matrix now takes urgency from scheduled dates and deadlines, and importance from priority. • Undo and redo now work for completed Apple Reminders. • The share sheet lets you choose Inbox, Today or Anytime. • Smart date recognition supports all 15 app languages. Planera now speaks German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech and Ukrainian. On the Mac, resize the sidebar by its visible edge, and fold areas with the chevron, the arrow keys or the right-click menu. The When menu shows the date for Tomorrow, This Weekend and Next Week, and the calendar is drawn in pencil, like a paper planner. AI assistants can also set repeating projects, waiting-for and energy, and turn a to-do into a habit. Project deadlines now count: a project shows up in Today when its deadline arrives, appears on its day in Upcoming and sends a reminder. Reopening a repeating project no longer leaves a duplicate behind. Templates keep each to-do's repeat, reminders and "after" links, and you can start a project from a template right inside an area. Mark a to-do as a milestone so it appears on the project timeline. Location reminders are visible on every device. Numeric goals show their progress as "34 of 100 km". Todoist import brings in repeating tasks along with their subtasks. Ticking a to-do or habit in a widget completes it right away, even when Planera isn't open, and its reminders stop. The habits widget follows your Start Week On setting, and the iPhone badge stays current overnight. On the Mac, the window buttons and Settings sit with more room inside the sidebar's top corners. In linked Reminders lists, completed items gather under their own Completed section that folds open in place. Project and area names sit quietly at the end of each row, deadlines are always red, and priorities use calmer colours. The task card keeps all its details in one row. Select several to-dos at once with ⌘-click or ⇧-click, then complete, schedule, move or delete them together; on the Mac you can drag the whole selection onto a list, project, heading, day or calendar slot. One Undo reverts the whole action. Linked Apple Reminders lists: set a repeat, move a reminder to another list, and the alert follows the due time. Calendar events open in a clearer editor with start and end on one line. A quieter look, like a paper planner: white pages, a serif title on every screen, soft grey details and one ink-blue accent. Today's date is circled and shaded in soft pencil. Calendar events in Today and Upcoming can be ticked off without changing the calendar itself, or turned into a to-do in place with a click. Weekly Review starts when you open a step and finishes with the last tick, and every device knows when you last finished it. Redesigned Settings in the familiar system style, with a Templates pane: six starter templates and your own. The same right-click menu for a to-do on every screen; on the Mac, Delete, the arrow keys, Return and Space work in every list, and Undo brings a deleted to-do back. Siri and Shortcuts can complete, schedule and open your to-dos and lists; to-dos show up in Spotlight. In shared projects you can assign a to-do to a person. AI assistants such as Claude can work with your whole library through Planera's local MCP server (Settings › Advanced): to-dos with repeats, reminders and subtasks, projects, areas and budgets, goals and milestones, habits, expenses, tags, filters, daily notes and focus sessions. Sync fixes: a renamed tag updates in shared projects too, a to-do moved to a project that hasn't synced yet lands there once it arrives, and items that an older version gave the same identity are told apart on launch, so they no longer overwrite each other. iCloud sync rebuilt from the ground up: one library that follows your Apple Account, with shared projects. Apple Reminders appear in Today and Upcoming. New Habits with a widget, spending per currency, redesigned Calendar, Matrix and Board, and a complete Russian translation.

Lighter, calmer task editing: dates and deadlines sit quietly next to the checkbox, and the Return key finishes a to-do. A denser, cleaner sidebar on iPhone. Vaults are simpler: rename or delete any vault, including iCloud vaults, right from the list.

Fixed iCloud sync, which could fail to save changes. New projects no longer disappear right after you create them. Smoother task card opening, a cleaner sidebar with a single Lists section, and clearer screen headers. Fixes for repeating deadlines, imported dates, undo, and search.

Planera 1.5 - One way to edit: Return saves an open to-do and starts the next one right below it. Habits and expenses now edit in place the same way. - Undo instead of "Are you sure?": deleting a goal, habit, area, tag, filter, template or expense shows an Undo toast. - New to-dos land where you are looking: the visible calendar day, the selected Upcoming day or the Matrix quadrant. - Mac: Quick Entry from any app with Control-Option-Space, and select several to-dos with Command- or Shift-click. - iPhone and iPad: a floating + button and a Select mode to schedule, complete or trash several to-dos at once. - A calmer sidebar: Next is now the "Available only" filter in Anytime, and optional lists can be shown or hidden in Settings. - Goals offer Dashboard and Layers views, and their next actions open in place. - Weekly Review remembers where you stopped. - Quick Find also opens screens, and Quick Entry shows the dates and tags it recognized. - Calendar: Day, Week and Month views; Option-Command-E creates an event.
