Mr Toner ,

Nice to see it was updated today, but still hasn’t got the love like, for example, the Services app has.

Navigation is rough. There are far too many areas in the app that are not discoverable, because it’s not clear the tapping will take you there. Also, it’s not possible in some cases to return from one screen to the previous; for example, from a reservation block to its event. (Swiping from the left edge of the screen, as the developer suggests, doesn’t work here.)

There’s no integration with 1Password, so logging in periodically is tedious. Push notifications for new events, etc., are non-existent. And deep linking isn’t supported, so I can’t tap on a link in a notification email and be taken to the app instead of the website.

We are making more use of this PCO service, so this app is important to us. I’d like it to be easier to use.

Thanks for sharing your honesty. We're beginning to put some more focus on this mobile app, so stay tuned for more updates. You can use the native iOS swipe from the outside of the left screen to navigate back. If you have more suggestions and feedback, send them to as we would love to hear them! ~ Matt

No longer useful now that it’s “Calendar”

This app is only good for you if you want to quickly see an upcoming events calendar at a glance. The latest version doesn’t allow for looking back at past events or use of resources from past events/reservations. Forced to go to the website to do so, which makes this app almost useless for us as an organization trying to manage facilities and AV after an event has occurred. Emailed support and was told they no longer see the usefulness of the ability to look at past events to which I gave them a legitimate reason and was then told it wasn’t something they would be changing. So just be aware, it has its limits and isn’t for those who manage larger facilities on the go.

There’s no option to create an account

How am I supposed to login with email and password if it’s the first time using the app. I wish you guy add an option to sign up within the app

Developer Response ,

If you already have a login to Planning Center, that same username and password combination will work for any of our mobile apps. If that has not been set up yet by your administrator, they will need to do so, in order for you to set up a password.
Due to Apple's requirements, brand new subscriptions cannot be made in the app; you must already have an account at Planning Center and an active Calendar subscription to use this app.
Thank you,
