Needs more

This app is pretty good but there are a few issues:

1. You can only view your chats and not your teams active chats. This is not good if you are a supervisor and wish to view a chat without joining the chat. This is not a problem on desktop.
2. The app constantly logs me out and I have to log back in multiple times per day. This happens on desktop as well but nearly as frequently.
3. You can not be logged into the desktop and mobile app at the same time. A user account should include one active mobile and one active desktop app login.

Overall this service is good and offers a lot of functionality which makes the above shortcomings feel very odd and unexpected.

Pretty good job of keeping connected

I have used this app for a couple years. It does a pretty good job of allowing me to monitor our website when I am on the road.

Only negative is it does not do a good job notifying you when you have a new chat. The sound is so soft that I miss it when I am driving. Needs to notify you like you are getting a text message.

I would give it 5 stars if they would improve the chat notification.

Buggy as ever

Stuck on loading with latest update. Tried to delete the app so I could reinstall it and was totally unsuccessful. Tried to shut off and reboot my iPad and the problem remained. It used to work flawlessly for years until this latest April 2021 update.
