Your reviewers were far to generous in their criticisms. This app was much worse than I could have possibly imagined.

How hard would it be to simply download a remote control to control a Bluetooth enabled wireless device?

I guess that would limit the devs from monetizing my travels in my RV where I am using my Polk Soundbar not only do you require a network connection but I can’t even connect my iPhone to the Polk audio soundbar wireless connection to even find out if the App actually has what I need to operate my audio.

This will probably work fine if you are in a position to use it without any adverse conditions. But, if you have anything that could negatively impact your ability to use this app, it’s probably gonna be trash for you.

Thanks for nothing Polk, wish I’d never purchased your product, but that poor decision will never be duplicated.

I hope during the coronavirus pandemic you losers go out of business. I just tossed my Polk in the trash where it belongs. Long story short the whole system has connectivity issues out the wazzu. Can you say BUGGY! Come on it’s 2020 for crying out loud. This is the first and last time I by another Polk product. Everyone that writes a review give them a bad one and they still won’t fix there app. WHY? I’ll tell you why. It’s because they don’t care about there costumes. They just want your money. Save your money the company as while as there products at trash.🗑

When you attempt to log in on an iPhone, or sign up, that’s all you’ll see. Perhaps the API service is offline now, but it just flat out refuses to login. When I made the account online, the submit button didn’t seem to do anything. I checked the network request and it was definitely trying, just not well.

When this gets fixed I can likely give a better review. For now, it’s unusable. I’ve tried on latest iOS 15 and iOS 14, as well as an iPad (unsure or version).
