Pollo Campero, USA 4+

Still room for improvements. With self pickup, I’m asked for my email confirm rather than through the app. FAQ stated the rewards do expire but no expiration date can be found. So will I open the app and just find my points missing one day? A gimmick of sorts? Editing my order wasn’t user friendly, I often have to toggle a bit.

I am usually very satisfied with food service apps. However, I am not satisfied with Pollo Campero for the following reasons:

The wait time is inaccurate. Every time I order, it says my order will be ready in 20 minutes. There was a time I waited for over an hour for my food. That’s ridiculous.
They got my order wrong when I ordered through the app. When ordering online, make sure you check your meal and get what you paid for.
I filed a complaint for getting my order wrong through the app and they never got back to me.

Usualmente estoy muy satisfecha con las aplicaciones de servicios de comida. Sin embargo, yo no estoy satisfecha con Pollo Campero por las siguientes razones:

El tiempo de espera no es exacto. Cada vez que ordeno, el app dice que mi orden estará lista en veinte minutos. Duro mucho más esperando por mi comida. Una vez hasta esperé más de una hora.
No tomaron mi orden correctamente y eso que usé el app. Asegúrense que le den el orden correcto.
Me quejé usando el app cuando no tomaron mi orden bien. Nunca se pusieron en comunicación conmigo sobre el asunto.

I received the ad and it looked interesting plus the food looks scrumptious. It was not easy to download and navigate plus it took me 20 minutes to place my order only to be told they couldn’t fulfill my order today. I was starving by the time I was told to place my order at another time. Surely the store on Lexington Avenue doesn’t close at 8 o’clock on Friday night….That’s ridiculous! I doubt I’ll waste my time again. Maybe I’ll try the chicken if I walk by the store, as I live three blocks away.
