Can be better
Still room for improvements. With self pickup, I’m asked for my email confirm rather than through the app. FAQ stated the rewards do expire but no expiration date can be found. So will I open the app and just find my points missing one day? A gimmick of sorts? Editing my order wasn’t user friendly, I often have to toggle a bit.
Great food
I love the food here. Not all of the locations have great customer service though 🤷🏽♂️APP DEVs need to add Jamaica to the drink option as well. Other than that I give it 4/5
App, store and customer service are terrible
The customer service link must forward all commmunications to a black hole. When trying to amend or cancel an order, you’re advised to call the Pollo Campero line where you’re then told to call the store. There were mistakes on my last 3 orders through when using the app. I’d suggest ordering through a food delivery service rather than use this.
