Disappointed with Recent Promotion and App Functionality
I received the following text with a promo.
“ 2 DAYS ONLY! $6 Chicken Teriyaki & $7 Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki at Sarku Japan. Available Wednesday April 5th & Thursday April 6th. Available through the app/online only. The offer can be found under "SPECIALS" in the menu on our app. See offer for all the details, one of each per customer per day.

I am a loyal customer of Sarku’s for many years now, as well as a member on the app. I checked the app and the website and there was no “SPECIALS” tab like they stated. I tried bringing the coupon promo to my local branch and they denied it without explanation. I am very disappointed because I am a loyal customer and received subpar service and attitude as well as undesirable functionality from the app/website. I will reconsider my rating for the app if this matter is attended to.
Custom
Can’t order without rice. Or extra veggies. What is the point if you can’t get a desired order.
Why the Low Ratings?
This app works perfectly fine on my iPhone 13.
The quality of service they provide is a C+\B. I feel like when I ask for extra meat with my meal and pay for it, it’s not provided. Especially when it pertains to delivery through Uber Eats.
