rewards don't work

Reward points are not added after many days of purchases. Out of over 20 transaction and scans in store, only three have shown up and no 'smile' points are added.

How to get around B-day entering problem

So I read the reviews before I got the app, and just like everyone said, it seemed impossible to sign up because the birthday spot is broken. I almost gave up, but at least on my phone, I figured it out.

➖It is not a text entering slot. It pops up a date selection box. And it doesn’t pop up where it should. The box with the date is located in the lower left corner, kind of in the margins. It was a little cut off on my phone, but once I clicked it, it popped up the date selection box in the middle of the screen and I was able to register.

This is not intuitive, or easy, and it is defiantly a huge problem, especially since their whole reward system switches over to this in 3 days. It is very unprofessional to have this difficult of a layout problem, and weeks of negative reviews and asks for help have seemingly been ignored. I hope they fix this soon, because a lot of people are unable to join because of this. Also store flavor and topping selections are not correct, at least for the week or so I’ve had the app. Great yogurt and sorbet though!

Cannot Login

Cannot even get the app to work. I get an error every time I click on continue when I open the app. I’m not able to use my rewards because the kids at the store keep telling me I need to download the app. Please fix the app!!!
