You should have it setup where there are teams of so many people and have leagues that way it would be so much more awesome and interesting to have teammates and compete against others!! Just makes no sense how u have the league mess setup now. Not as fun. And also be able to communicate through mics with them during competitions and practices etc.

But doesn’t hit as hard without being able to change orientation. I have this game on Windows and it’s so good to have that widescreen perspective. Sometimes when I’m drawing the cue stick, I end up triggering that iOS peek mode (I wish they would get rid of that). Ever since the last update, whenever I run the game it always says “FINALIZING UPDATE” and literally takes several minutes to launch. Other than that the game is pretty dope. Great physics, very realistic. Reminds me of the game “Q-Ball: Billiards Master” for the PS2…that was an excellent game, one of the best and it actually helped me get better at pool in real life so it’s awesome that you guys captured that game’s essence. Fix the “Finalizing Update” bug (I shouldn’t have to reinstall!) and I’ll change to 5 stars.
Customer Service ignores requests for help

I have been playing this game for well over two years now. I have a very high ranking. I recently got a new iPad and tried to log into my account and it’s telling me it does not recognize my email address. This is completely wrong because my email address has always been the same for this game. I’ve asked customer service several times for help in fixing this situation. All I received was an answer saying the game should recognize me! That means nothing to me because this is not a problem on my end. This is a problem on the games end. I feel cheated out of all the money I have spent on this game and I can’t even enjoy it because I can’t access my account and nobody is getting back to me. I’m super frustrated.

I play this game for over 2 months. Liked so much.There could be a training mode to try different trick shots. That might give an opportunity to create shots and work on them also even share them with friends so they can try.
