Frustrated
My daughter got this app while on an extended trip to Hawaii. She purchased $10 worth of credits & immediately created a few post cards using some of the pics she had taken! A few weeks went by; then a month-no one had received the postcards. Both she and I have contacted the company. A women replied with apologies & blamed Covid restrictions for the delay, but assured us that her cards would be sent. Another month went by; still no postcards. We contacted the woman again; she was apologetic & asked for an address so she could mail a reimbursement check to my daughter for the $10 she spent. We provided the address. Another month went by; no reimbursement check received and no postcards received. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt; but clearly they are not operating with a sound business plan. I would definitely NOT recommend using this app. Search for another company that will deliver what they promise.
Amazing App
I finally received my card and it looks so amazing. It took about almost a month but it looks great!
