If you enjoy your Beginner's Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue. You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.

Apple Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Great App

My P.E. Teacher said you should exercise 20 minutes everyday. At first I thought to myself, that’s gonna be hard I have to plan out everything and when I will be able to workout. One day I had no energy and I just finished eating a cheeseburger and I felt horrible. I called one of my friends and she said she downloaded an app that helped her exercise and she felt great. I decided to search up 20 minute workouts on the App Store and I found this amazing app. It’s perfect! Since I started using this app I have started to lose weight and feel great. Of course I had to plan out my diet but this is an amazing app, it definitely helped me. I don’t know how I would be without it. This is a great app for beginners like myself who wanna lose weight and feel great.

Great workout!

Was pleasantly surprised by the intensity of this workout. Great for when you’re short on time or don’t have/want to use equipment. The only drawback is not having volume to hear instructions/countdowns, but for a free app, I haven’t found anything better.

Good Start

I am a mom of 6 kids who has not seriously worked out for 10 years. This was a great start! Just hard enough to start a sweat but not too hard that I could not complete all of the exercises.
