Track and share the three main powerlifting lifts over time. Add videos to accompany your lifts, comment and check in with friends. Power Three allows users to easily track their three main powerlifting moves and share them with friends. By either providing a one rep max, or variables to estimate a one rep max, users are able to track their progress over time. Videos and dates are included in personal entries. Users can comment and check in on friends' profiles.
