We’ve made small tweaks to improve app stability and reliability

With this release, we’ve simplified the requisition creation process to minimize mistakes. Now, the document will be created after you’ve selected the items you want to request. AI-powered document scanning is now also available in the PR module. Use it to scan supplier quotations and create requisitions quickly. Please note that this feature is enabled according to your subscription. The app now supports Approval SLA functionality if available in your company. Track approval efficiency easily with the new approval steps design and the Approval Overdue filter on document lists.

- In this version, you'll see all related purchase orders when you open the invoice page. Invoice items now include direct links to their related POs. - We've also improved custom forms: they now account for custom document fields dependent on custom supplier fields. - You may notice that filters take less time to load — we optimized them to help you find the needed documents faster.

The Warehouse Request module is now available on mobile! Create, edit, confirm, and approve WRs with items from the catalog directly in the app. Additionally, we’ve updated the Receipts functionality, allowing you to edit items after receipt creation. To make the app more reliable, we’ve also polished the following functionality: - Attachments in the Expenses module; - Dependencies between custom item and document fields; - Switching between companies. Please note that the Payment Terms field has been moved under Show More in orders and invoices for a more concise view.

You can now enable vacation mode in Profile Settings and appoint a substitute right in the app when you take time off. A dark mode is another new option in Profile Settings that helps you view documents comfortably in any environment. The app now supports and correctly displays custom field dependencies on other custom fields and legal entities. If you have dependencies configured, only the available options will be shown when creating documents. We’ve also made behind-the-scenes improvements that make the app faster and more responsive.

You’re now able to view related documents for requisitions, orders, invoices, and receipts. When you open a document, you can easily see and access all related documents, just like in the web app. We also now display custom document numbers in the document lists, so you can easily find what you need to approve or review. Document editing is available on mobile! This update helps you adapt to changing needs and correct errors without hassle. In the document you want to edit, open the More Options menu in the top right, click Edit, enter the correct values, and press Update to save the changes.  You can currently edit Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Receipts, and Expenses. We’ve also added a new "AI" marker on AI-created expenses to help you spot them on your homepage and the document list.

When you create receipts, select orders to receive faster with the newly available filters. You can filter the order list by custom and standard fields, including date, supplier, location, and more. To make expense creation easier, we've added the attachment preview to the document creation screen. You can view the file anytime to double-check the details. We’ve also added minor improvements to make the app more stable and reliable.

Create expenses faster with AI You can now automate expense creation right from your phone. Just tap the plus button on the Expenses page—snap a photo, pick from your gallery, or upload a file. Go grab a coffee and let AI do the work. It’ll scan your receipt and autofill the form in seconds. Then, complete any required fields, review, and submit the draft for approval.

We’ve added the ability to open purchase orders that need to be matched with receipts. Any discrepancies between documents are now clearly visible to support confident approvals. We’ve also made behind-the-scenes improvements that make the app faster and more responsive.
