Most convenient key system!

We purchased the lock and started using it at our home. It has never been easier to handle all of the people who need access whenever we are not home, for example our cat sitter. And we can see the times of arrival and departure too. It’s perfect!

Love them!

They came and installed keyless entry locks on our property and its womderful! Makes our life easier and they were super helpful helping us set it up!

don’t waste your money!!

I live in a complex called sole at casselberry, sometime I have to leave the door unlock because this device don’t work, it doesn’t have key so you can close manually, if your phone goes off you can’t get in, sometime it takes 3 mins to wake up so you can open the door etc etc.
Friends it’s bad. I wish I could say zero because 1 is to mucchh

Please see our comment above: We are sorry you are having issues connecting to your unit lock over bluetooth with our app. The Schlage locks on your unit will only work with our app so using the Schlage app will not work in this case. Also, the Schlage locks on your unit use BLE technology that pulses a bluetooth signal every 20 seconds or so. This can cause delays in connecting over bluetooth and is a known issue with these particular Schlage locks. Please ask your property manager for a key fob so that you have multiple ways to get into your unit.
