I’m sorry to write this review guys but I have written in with comments and no updates have been made.
This app is at best a 1 star. It doesn’t take American Express, it crashes when you log in. You can’t buy pastries on it so you have to wait on line anyway. The old app was more reliable. I hope you fix it soon!

Huge step back. Coffee is the best ever but app is a mess. Can’t get certain milk adds to certain drinks. For example can’t choose to add 2% or skim milk to cold brew which is available on almost all other drinks. Point system is a mess it doesn’t count orders sometimes and using points is as if it’s difficult on purpose. Press get your money back from the app developer and go back to your old interface PLEASE! Again I will say the coffee itself is top notch.

Original version of the application was absolutely fine and serviceable. Recent update made ordering more challenging but it did look nicer. Unfortunately this most recent update no longer supports Apple Pay and I can’t even add a card manually. I would order from here multiple times a week and unfortunately if the application isn’t working I’m not going to continue to do so.
