Great app you can trust that just needs a little polishing

I’ve sold many gift cards now to this app (all for crypto) and I’ve had every transaction go through. Was it without issues? Not exactly.My funds arrived for each transaction I have made in full, but often after having to reach out to support about a transaction before anything actually gets done. And then, once support messages back, 9/10 my funds appear in my wallet almost within the same few minutes. It has gotten to the point where it feels almost like someone at the office is probably goofing off or something, and my message finally got the ball rolling on my sale. It’s very frustrating.That is honestly my biggest issue with the app. Support all very kind and courteous, but crypto is still money and a payment is still a payment. I don’t like when people play games with my money.I have never felt nervous about receiving payment when selling my gift cards here except probably the first time. I just wish I didn’t have to talk to anyone about it in the process. I am confident I’ll get my payment, but over an hour after a transaction is marked “completed” to receive funds is excessive unless it’s a slower coin like BTC. My only other issue would be the selection of gift cards you can sell is a bit limited. No option for Google play gift cards in particular. Otherwise, I love this app and don’t really see a reason not to use it

The app is great in some ways and terrible in others. It will lowball certain card values, for example my visa prepaid 200$ is redeemable for 86$. I don’t think that’s a fair offer, especially for a visa card( I could understand if it were specific to a single store ). Also I recently started a transaction which later got rejected due to them not currently accepting that card. The interface gives you an offer and allows you to submit it even when they aren’t taking it? Doesn’t make sense. The app is pretty easy to use, wish they would just fix these frustrating hiccups

Well, I have been using this app for quite a long time now and they’re really good and their rate are pretty reasonable, But in most cases it’s frustrating and the author could fix some issues because most time when I try to trade my gift card it mostly take some longer time, And there’s a time I was always having issues with google play card and I still have them on my gallery untouched because they notified me the card shows error and that the trade was rejected, But that’s not a problem to me, Sometimes it take more hours to get credit to your preferred bank account when you make withdraw, And it has disappointed me in most times when I’m not in possession of cash to get what I wanted to purchase !
