Preva Mobile 4+

Tried to set up an account with the app, but stalled trying to submit new account data. Could not login with the app after this although it seemed to have accepted my email. Password reset on the app worked, with an email link taking me to on the online portal. Logged out and logged in again online, worked fine. Still unable to login with app, since “the email address and password are not recognized,” despite confirming it is all correct. Useless app if it can’t figure out the most basic task of registration and login. And,!of course, the web portal is useless for working out.

At first I was excited to see an updated app. Once I plugged it into the treadmill however I couldn’t figure out how it could communicate at all with a TRM445 model. The previous app I used which I no longer see as available in the marketplace was able to synchronize my workouts from the console to the app. I can see my previous history in the app but it no longer seems to be able to to pull the data right from the console.I like the promise of being able to synchronize it with connected services such as Strava and Garmin however it is a disappointment that it doesn’t communicate with the console. Last but not least it would be great if it had a landscape layout so it would look halfway decent on my iPad.

So spent time creating two accounts and agreeing to some bad privacy policies only to find out there’s literally nothing useful in this app. It has nothing specifically for pre or. Just some generic workouts and an the horrible EGYM app underneath.

It doesn’t even integrate with Apple Health. None of my workouts show up. So there is zero reason to use this app because if you go for a walk with your watch it won’t show up in activity here. There’s also no Apple Watch app so you have zero way to make it work even if you wanted to use their horrible software.
