Good App, Poor Service
I booked online the first time and had a great driver and a great ride. I chose this company because Super Shuttle (my standard option for years) did not have an economical rides available. I booked two more times in Sep 2019, both online (not this app), and no driver showed. Despite text and email confirmations within two hours of my paid pickup time, I received a call from the dispatcher one minute before pickup asking if I heard from the driver. My app showed a map but not the location of my driver. The dispatcher tried for about half an hour trying to get me a driver before I resorted to a ride-share for my ride to the San Diego airport. A few days later, I received a call and email after I went to bed to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for the next morning - I saw the messages when I awoke the next morning, making it challenging to find an alternative on short notice. Both reservations that week were for 4am pickup. I can understand how challenging it can be to find reliable help for that hour of the morning. One bad driver can really hurt the reputation of a good company. I intend to look for another company for my future trips, or rely on one of the ride-share companies.
Doesn’t work correctly
The app has a GPS attached which automatically inserts your location as the pick up address. You can’t change it in the app. In our area properties often run perpendicular to the street, so a house with the address of 125 Main St very often is behind the house facing the street with the address of 123, or a row of townhouses beginning with 117 and ending in the back of the property with 125. The back of the property may very well be at the end of another street separated by a wall. That’s exactly what is happening in my case and the app is mistakingly reading my location as the end house on the street behind the wall at the end of my property. There is no way to change the pick up location. I contacted customer support, waited for 3 minutes. Someone named Anna asked me what app I had downloaded. I answered immediately and off she went never to return again. I’ll go back to using their web page. Gotta say though that I really love their shuttle service. Work on the app folks please.

The GPS Is not working and Driver has attitude
I booked to Prime Shuttle from my home to LAX. My pick up should be 7:30am but they moved it to 7:55am unfortunately the driver was 5mins late. Then i he saw my lugagges he ask me why there is a box. (The size of the box is same as a regular luggage)I told him that it was mine and i dont have other bag to put my stuff on it. When we came to the aiport, i immediately get a cart for my stuffs. I saw he put my luggage on the side of the street while im waiting for my box to handed me, i walk towads him and getting my box he said “What ?What? what do you want?”(in a arrogant way)I didnt reply instead wait for him to dropped my box to my cart i handed his tip and go away. Neither of us say thank you or he say have a safe flight.
Prime Shuttle you guys should avoid those kind of incidents. And educate your driver to be professional and taking care of his/her passengers. God bless!
