Description

Start training with only your bodyweight. You will find highly effective training programs developed by experienced trainers using the newest sports science.
You can choose between multiple workouts. The recommended routine for example is focused on building strength. If your diet is in check you will gain muscle mass and lose fat.

Do this three times a week, with at least one rest day. Try to beat your previous numbers every workout. You will start doing simple pull-ups, pushups, and squats and as you get stronger you advance to bodyweight movements like the planche, one arm chin-ups or pistol squats.

The exercises will have a description and a short video to ensure you do them with a proper form.

After a warm up you will find exercises that can be leveled up. When you hit three sets of eight reps or three sets of 30s holding time, move to the next progression.

You can do the workouts at home if you have a place for pulling yourself up like a doorway pull-up bar or gymnastic rings.

Features:
• Workout with exercises which can be leveled up
• Log reps, time or weight depending on the exercise
• Videos and descriptions
• See your completed sessions
• Create and edit your own workouts

Love it!

I really love this app and how customizable it is. I use this app just about everyday and it’s very easy to use.

There is an issue where when I can’t delete exercises in a exercise progression that I created.

Overall, the app is very easy and straight forward to use. I recommend it to anyone who is using it for the recommended routine or creating there own! The possibilities are endless for your fitness journey!

great app! one big problem though

love a lot of things about this app—found it through r/bodyweightfitness and have been trying it out. I like the ability to choose progressions/workouts and the descriptions/videos are helpful. The design is pretty intuitive and minimalist. However, the timer and alarm function is so unobtrusive as to be basically useless. If i’m listening to podcasts or music (and often even if i’m not) I have totally missed the sound or vibration bc it is so quiet and is only a single ding/buzz. I would love the option for a louder/slightly more prolonged sound so i don’t end up holding my exercises or breaking b/w for longer than intended

Great app, RR beginner

I downloaded this the other day to get started with RR and this app is amazing! It has really helpful videos and even some timer beeps that come on over music so if you cant see (during a plank for instance) you can hear when you are done. Thanks for all your time put into such a great app. Medium Coffee donated! Thanks again!
