This app is a great sidekick for your sales team to gather and keep track of customer info before it goes into a CRM. Throw away those paper pads and pens that we all love some much and step into a new era of digital customers. Just one of the many benefits of this tool over the traditional is the fact that 99% of the population will always remember their phone so you never have to worry about leaving your customer info in the wrong place unsecured and if you get a new device the great news is that the info is stored in a secure cloud so that it can be retrieved from multiple devices. Also with this new technology comes a new tracker for tracking what we here at ProPad have labeled "Reverse Cycle Time™", this is the time from when your salesperson says hello to the time they send you the info and are ready to work a deal, this will allow managers to know how long a person spent with a customer which equals to the amount of knowledge about that customer the salesperson should have all while mapping the road to the sale.
