Prosperity Bank CardControl
Turn your debit and credit cards on and off with one touch. You can also have peace of mind of being able to control when, where and how they’re used.
To use Prosperity Bank CardControl, login in to the Prosperity Bank Mobile Banking App then select CardControl from the main menu to launch the CardControl App.
Enrollment in online banking and our mobile banking app is required to use the Prosperity Bank CardControl app. If you’re not already enrolled in online banking, simply go to prosperitybankusa.com and select Enroll from the Online Banking box.

It works half the time
It’s like whenever I need it something is magically wrong with the app. If you can’t get into the app and your card is locked there’s no other way to unlock the card even if I use the online banking app.
Alerted Me to Fraud
I ❤️ this app!! I can put my debit and credit cards for me and my spouse on it and get alerts for some or every transaction. I can set different alerts for each card, amiuntband/or location of transactions, and turn the cards on and off as needed to protect my financial interests. Today, I caught a fraudulent charge as soon as it hit my card. I was able to contact the card company, cancel my card, call the business where the fraudulent charge occurred and get a new card. Worked like a charm!
The App is Incredible
I have to say the app is easy and straightforward to use it. You can learn about any transactions from your card. When you find something wrong or you didn’t charge something then you can turn your card off
