Pull-ups is an upper body compound pulling exercise, the arms must carry and lift the entire weight of the body. Pull-ups will train your muscles in the back, biceps and forearms, so it will enhance your strength of arms.
If you make your decision to increase your strength of arms, if you want to break your records of pullups, if you want to do 20 consecutive pullups, follow Pullups Coach, this app is to help you achieving the goal.
No matter what level you are in at this moment, just follow Pullups Coach’s plan, do step by step, and only take about 30 minutes a week, you will become the hero of yourself after six weeks.

Gets the job Done
This app is very simple and easy to use. The functions are all intuitive, which allow you to just get right into the actual pull-ups. Although the interface may not be beautiful, it serves its purpose.
My one request would be for this to pair with the Apple Health app.
Easy to set up and follow
Simple, straightforward, easy to set up, easy to follow. Choose your fitness level, modify times/reps as needed, set reminders, and get going. All you have to do is show up.
If you can't do an unassisted pull-up at the start, use resistance bands to pull down or help offset your body weight. Slowly move away from the bands by trying negative pull-ups (i.e. use a chair/bench to start at the top and slowly lower yourself down). By the end of the program you should be able to do several unassisted pull-ups. If necessary, cycle back through a few days. There is no rush.
Nice Program for Cheap
Like the other programs in the bunch this is twice as easy and has realistic starting routines for those of us that are out of shape. I think I got mine on sale for a buck, definitely worth it. Of course this is not s must have app, you could go old school fine. But this is worth the money because of it's realistic workout rep ranges and rest times.
