Fantastic App

I absolutely love Puls. The freedom of working for yourself at your own pace is priceless! The app is easy to use and the best part is, that it’s simple. Very easy to navigate around the necessary procedures to close out your work orders. Thanks to Royce and the gang, they make sure all technicians have full support will we’re out getting the work orders filled! Absolutely Love it!

PULS SCREWS OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS & THEIR TECHS!

(1) I’m a tech & Puls has screwed me over time & time again. On my very first repair, I didn’t get paid because Puls wouldn’t let me accept a check from an elderly couple. Then, on top of that, Puls banned the elderly couple from using their app. (2) Puls told me I wasn’t getting paid for a whole week of work because ONE customer didn’t pay for a service call. I called Puls while I was still there at the residence & Puls told me “Don’t worry, go ahead & leave. We’ll take care of it.” Holding my week’s wage hostage is them taking care of it evidently. (3) I informed Puls that my customer & I agreed to reschedule an appointment, so Puls then claims that I was a “no show” & fined me $75. (4) When I type in the price of whichever part that I’m replacing, the app automatically raises the price to a larger amount so that Puls makes more money. (5) If a customer tries to cancel their membership, Puls first makes them return any money saved on repairs during said membership. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM PULS…UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF & DISRESPECTED ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Terrible company

Terrible app and company. full of bugs. Customer support is terrible. Always trough you under the bus in front of customer. If customer doesn’t pay they can’t do anything. Prices for repair are insane. Tech is buying the parts and meanwhile they will charge 3% from tech for parts and tips clearance fee. They upsell customer with fees. Each part is always $30+ the price that you put. At the end they charge security fee around $15. I like when they hide someone’s previous service call and repair like new service call. Many times I came and customer was angry yelling at me and was asking where is my part and why you came without part. After long talk with customer support and customer they will cancel that call and give you $15 dispatch fee after 1 hour drive to customer. If you have recall but it’s not your fault and unit is working, customer just wanna ask something than it will go to your statistic and brings impact to your account
