Very Expensive, but quality.

We used puls for a dryer repair. The cost was almost twice what other local pros charge, but, they did show up fast. Only 2 hours after first contact and the problem was fixed and out within an hour.

We might use it again for the speed/convenience, but the extra cost is a hard pill to swallow.

Maybe not so hot...

My Miele clothes dryer would not turn on this morning, and I became acquainted with Puls for the first time. An appointment was made for servicing between 4 and 5 PM today. I juggled my schedule to make sure I could be here. Then I received a message canceling that appointment and setting another appointment for 9 AM tomorrow. That appointment was also canceled, and I was told to reschedule again. I replied that I expected the second appointment to be kept. (Why make these appointments if they’re never kept?)

At this point, around 9 PM, I still have no confirmation of what’s going on. There’s sure a lot to be desired here, although it’s a good idea in theory. It’s just not working well.

The app is trash

I use tons of apps to obtain clientele. For example, Thumntack, Taskrabbit, and Takl. NONE of them give me more issues than Puls. One moment the apps working, the next it’s working fine. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all and I’m on a job and I can’t service the client efficiently because the app is so integrated into the experience and it’s annoying. Their customer service team does not communicate with one another so I always have to fill the next person in when I call. Annoying! And their pricing is outrageous for some of their services. I’ve been in the field for 5 years as a technician and I’ve never see such high pricing for small services. I could say more
