I absolutely love Puls. The freedom of working for yourself at your own pace is priceless! The app is easy to use and the best part is, that it’s simple. Very easy to navigate around the necessary procedures to close out your work orders. Thanks to Royce and the gang, they make sure all technicians have full support will we’re out getting the work orders filled! Absolutely Love it!

(1) I’m a tech & Puls has screwed me over time & time again. On my very first repair, I didn’t get paid because Puls wouldn’t let me accept a check from an elderly couple. Then, on top of that, Puls banned the elderly couple from using their app. (2) Puls told me I wasn’t getting paid for a whole week of work because ONE customer didn’t pay for a service call. I called Puls while I was still there at the residence & Puls told me “Don’t worry, go ahead & leave. We’ll take care of it.” Holding my week’s wage hostage is them taking care of it evidently. (3) I informed Puls that my customer & I agreed to reschedule an appointment, so Puls then claims that I was a “no show” & fined me $75. (4) When I type in the price of whichever part that I’m replacing, the app automatically raises the price to a larger amount so that Puls makes more money. (5) If a customer tries to cancel their membership, Puls first makes them return any money saved on repairs during said membership. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM PULS…UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF & DISRESPECTED ON A REGULAR BASIS.

This company, although appearing as a good service on the outside is full of scams and liars. They will steal your money. They will mess your products up and not fix ant of it. The call center suspectedly is outsourced and with a shady business front at a check cashing place in Livermore, CA. I have caught this business operating in a very scandalous manner on multiple occasions. There is nothing real about this company and alleged services. Cases have been opened with numerous agencies against this company, and for more fun, look into the owner of the company and fits yes was caught lying under oath in a very sleazy lawsuit filled by the company. The call center comes off as a philipenes based center where they don't operate under American business law and have now been caught committing some very inappropriate and shady actions. Folks, don't support scam artists like these. These people are literally only out to steal your money
