Ok, after some exploring
At first, the app was very difficult to use. After some mishaps, restarts, and finagles, along with some cursing and phone squeezes, I was finally able to figure it out and order some food. Once I figured out how to navigate it, it became much easier to use.
Not for people who aren’t a little tech savvy. Not user friendly at all. Definitely needs some changes made.
Glitch much?
Tried to order wings, picked my sauce and tried to add to cart. Wouldn’t let me add it to cart. Asked me to pick 2 more sauces. I tried to pick the same sauce again, but no luck. There wasn’t a way to pick more than one sauce. Why would you want more than one sauce if they aren’t being split anyway?? Makes no sense. Played with it for 25 minutes, got nowhere. Just called the restaurant to order. Less hassle. Bye-bye app.
CRAP APP!
If it were possible to give this app a negative rating, that’s what I’d give it. I don’t know why they even created it! NOTHING WORKS! I’ve had it for over a year and try it from time to time to see if anything has been fixed, but nothing ever changes! I can’t order from it, I can’t pull up my local location, and I can’t even view the menu!
This is the WORST, most totally USELESS restaurant app I’ve EVER seen and the developers are completely incompetent. If I were the parent company, I’d be ashamed to put this out in public!
If I were put in charge of development for this app, not only would it work, but it would work WELL and would be very user-friendly!
In its present form, this app is 100% PURE GARBAGE!!!
