The XM mobile app is included in your Customer Experience (CX) or Employee Experience (EX) license. After you download the app, please enter your Qualtrics login and password to get started. Then share the good news with a few of your teammates so you can win XM together!

Simple and configurable
I’m able to easily see data any way I want (trends, text analytics, key drivers, charts). It has the ability to easily filter and share via any channel I want. Better yet - it has notifications that remind me to check in. Helps me stay in touch with customer experience while I’m on the go.

Very easy to use and this makes my job much easier to complete!
Wonky app
When logged in it acts like it’s continuously trying to load data even though the data is loaded. It does this glitchy thing where it scrolls/lags on its own so you can’t stay in one place to look at something. One of the bar graphs is so long you have to scroll forever to get to the next graph.
