Finding relaxation

Completed the Introductory Yoga Nidra and was surprised to find myself letting go of anxiety, pain, and stress that I have been carrying around since recently getting a knee surgery. Coming out of the meditation I I felt more calm, self aware, and physically relaxed. Eager to try the other meditations Quiet has to offer and pursue further relaxation and mental clarity.
