Reliant Parking - Residents 4+

The app itself sometimes glitches and I have to shut it down or download it again. There was an instance where another guest car we've had in the past was somehow now registered under my roommates name as her car and we were unsure how that occurred. We've also been locked out of the app somehow and had to create a whole new account to access it again. I've also had my fair share of very nonchalant or unresponsive customer service reps. However that changed when I spoke to a customer service rep via chat called Hazzel. She was so sweet! She was very responsive and helped me almost immediately. I'm used to getting the "contact your property manager" and my property manager telling me to contact reliant run around so when I chatted my hopes weren't too high but she quickly turned that around. She was so helpful and nice. I hope I encounter her more often!

App is fairly easy to use and is helpful in getting done what I need to. I have found that there are some features that you need to go to the website to use which takes away from the ease of access in the app. The app has the option to contact Reliant via email. On the website, there is a chat function which I have found helps me get things done way faster than sending an email. It would be helpful for the app to give ways to contact Reliant faster than just email. Overall happy with the app and how easy it has been to print out guest permits.

It’s nice to have an App to take care of the parking situations at this huge Complex. When there are shortcuts to not having to bother the staff at Stoneridge I want to take full advantage of Them! They already have so much to do here with so few staff. I’m pleased about the text notifications. I just found out that was a feature and turned it on immediately. I may miss an e-mail but I never miss a text message. It’s also great to know I can come here to report any issues. I have yet to experience an issue where I have to call in to customer Service because the App has worked so Smoothly.
