Relocity 4+

Relocity services were provided by my employer as part of a relocation package, and they were fantastic. My host, Julie-Anne, was amazingly helpful and proactive. When I scheduled my home-search trip right across a conflict for her, she brought in a colleague (April) who was fully engaged and ready to help. April escorted me around the area, showing me not just properties but also shopping and landmark areas plus outdoor trails and other notable places aligned with my interests. Since I was relocating during the holiday season, it happened to overlap with pre-scheduled time off, but this, too was seamless - Julie-Anne connected me to another host Schyler who reached out and helped shepherd me through the lease-signing process, then arranged to meet me at the property for the move-in inspection. Her efficiency and proficiency in reviewing the lease itself and doing the walkthrough made this entire part of the process so much easier than it would have been on my own. Julie-Anne returned and jumped right back in - she even found me multiple options for a specialty service I was concerned with securing in the area. I really can’t say enough about Julie-Anne’s assistance and overall upbeat and welcoming nature, nor about her two colleagues. I wasn’t sure how helpful such a service could reasonably be from states away, but they were AMAZING.

Making the move over 1400 miles far was turning my stomach into knots and I was trying to do my best to do as much research as I could. From the first call Kari made me feel like
I could relax a little and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I played around with the app a little and on our very next follow up call Kari was so patient with me and having to reschedule twice, but she answered all the questions I had and made me feel like this move won’t be so bad. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or apartment and am so glad she is helping us in our moving process. Can’t ask for anything better, Thank you for marking this journey of ours a whole lot nicer.

Moving from a different country can be easily classified as one of the most stressful and challenging process a person and a Family have to face, but in our case, we were lucky enough to have the support from a company as Relocity and the warmness and kindness of a person like Edelweiss.

Service from Relocity was outstanding, well thought and design to provide support, resources and guidance to a person arriving at a new place, they are prepared to support all needs and provide timely and relevant information to settle in, Edelweiss became our daily support, always interested in our comfort, in our family, and to help us solving all issues, She became a friend and a close person to us, very professional and also a very kind human being.

Hope We count with Relocity support in our future relocations, we are deeply thankful with this company and to Edelweiss as they made the entire difference and our lives happier during this process.
