Downloaded this app to try and save some workouts. Was incredibly easy to complete the actual extraction of the workout and the app interface is very easy to navigate and maneuver. I like being able to save and keep the entire workout plan, even being able to mark if I completed a workout or not. This is so much easier than saving videos and having to watch them over and over to complete the workout.

I used to spend so much time finding, starting and stopping, and rewinding workout videos to follow along while I was working out. This app changed the game for my workouts and makes them so much more efficient. Love how easy it is to save videos for later, see the exact breakdown, and tag them based on what they target.

I always see a bunch of different exercises that I want to try on TikTok or Instagram but I always forget what they were by the time I get to the gym. RepExtract makes it easy to save those exercises from social media and extract them into a workout program. Love it!
