YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See upcoming tasks, alerts, conferences, on-call assignments, clinic schedules, and coverage from your Home dashboard. Access your personal schedule and training activities without switching between separate tools. SCHEDULING AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Use the desktop and web workspace to organize rotations, conferences, clinics, shifts, on-call schedules, jeopardy, night coverage, holidays, and time off. Review assignments, manage requests and schedule changes, and keep your team informed. Program dashboards bring important activity, outstanding work, and scheduling information into view. EXTERNAL ROTATIONS AND CONNECTED PROGRAMS Coordinate external rotations and visiting learners, connect participating programs, and manage shared rotation information, contacts, and requirements. Keep communication and scheduling organized across training locations. CONFERENCES AND PARTICIPATION View upcoming sessions, sign up for available conferences, submit presentation topics, and follow approval updates. Access conference details and materials, check in to eligible sessions, and track participation. TRAINING RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS Log work hours and procedures, complete evaluations, and review training progress. Keep program documents and records organized, with reminders for document expirations and outstanding requirements where configured. REMINDERS AND FOLLOW-UP Stay informed with program alerts and configurable reminders for conferences, sign-ups, rotation requirements, evaluations, work hours, documents, and other assigned tasks. Email and in-app notifications help you follow up on upcoming activities, pending requests, and items that need attention. Reminder availability and delivery depend on your program’s settings and notification preferences. IMPORTS AND AI INTEGRATIONS Bring existing member, scheduling, and training information into supported workflows using data-import tools in the desktop and web workspace. Optional AI integrations support enabled workflows, including drafting and refining program content, helping teams work with their information more efficiently. STAY CONNECTED Use program messages, notifications, and contact information to stay in touch with your team and keep up with changes throughout the training year. ResFly requires an account with a participating program. Available features, integrations, reminders, and administrative tools vary by program configuration, permissions, and platform. Some program-management features are available through the desktop app or web workspace.
