Our office invested in RevenueWell for patient management. One of the biggest “sells” was the ability to spoof our office number by using this app (allowing staff to contact patients from home using the office caller ID). Unfortunately, the app simply does not work. After installing and logging into RevenueWell, the app crashes when you click a patient’s phone number with an intent to call them. We have tried on multiple iPhones that are completely up-to-date with no success. It is impossible to get someone at RevenueWell to answer the phone or return a polite voicemail. No technical information or troubleshooting steps can be found on the Internet.RevenueWell On-The-Go is an exceptionally useless app.

This app really needs a refresh. Also notifications don’t work. Deleted app reinstalled same thing. Don’t see a notification section for the app in that area. Guessing things aren’t compatible with newer IOS. Get with it.

This app is way behind the times. My least favorite thing is that the schedule is organized in list form. How is that helpful at all? Seems this app is created by people who don’t use it.
