DoseSpot is a Surescripts certified e-Prescribing platform specifically designed to integrate with electronic health record, electronic dental record, practice management and telehealth software. Not user friendly
There should be a place where you don’t automatically get email notifications.
And when it comes to notifications, when you go to the app to actually sign the medication and click on provider notifications the button doesn’t work and you have to restart the app every time and login again
Website is Sadly Better
I was excited about the App being released rather than having to use the website on my phone. If the App could use FaceID or some other way to remember the password like the website does it would be much better.
How about a functioning app?
I can’t log in. At all. And there’s no way to reset your password from here… You would think that this would be easy.
