App worked fine for a couple of years. Now i can no longer record or snap pics with it. Support just ignore my requests about the issue. I suspect that app developer is no longer supporting the app and as devices upgrade os the app is not getting updated. I used a apple iphone - great product at a competitive price point but lack of support will do a product in every time
Works but needs improvement
The App works fine on my iPhone 7plus. But it needs a way to keep track of my settings. NVR is 16 channel capable but I only have 7 cameras. EVERY time I go into the app it goes into the 16 camera view and I have to change it. If the app gets put into the background for any reason, I have to log back in and start over. Even if I have to log back in, it would be nice if it went back to where I was. I also have one camera oriented in the vertical mode. Would be nice if it displayed that way. The biggest hassle though is that it doesn’t remember my settings for screen format.
I have been using the mobile app with no issues for at least four years now. All of a sudden, it has stopped working.... I’m guessing it has something to do with the iOS 11 upgrade and that is unacceptable. This will be a reason to not upgrade to a new REVO system when I’m ready to do so. UPDATE: issues are all resolved!!!!!! Thanks!!
