Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and centre, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any RMB/FNB customer via a simple chat, all within our secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other RMB/FNB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Touch ID FTW

Incredible App! The Touch ID is a massive time saver and the app definitely feels more fluid with this last update.

App in general

It is getting worse by the day. The website needed to link the device does not show the “Accept conditions button” so you can not proceed before phoning. Personal accounts kick out the cards you are suppose to authenticate and this nonsense when you try to set up your business account on the same app is laughable. It just doesn’t work. So many bugs and problems. Always have to phone the call center and then it takes ages so after 6 months I tried again, although it is different I still can not sign in. Go get Michael Jordaan pout or retirement please. The current management must be pathetic.
