Works Great

App is continually improving and does what it’s suppose to. It appears to be regularly monitored by their IT. Phone receptionists are quickly available, trained and highly knowledgeable. Stringent security measures can be VERY irritating, but they have saved me in the past from attempted hacks directly into my account. I suppose I could complain about their branches being so far from my house, but their photo deposits and access to affiliated sister Credit Unions make such a trip extremely rare.

Quick and convenient

I use this app daily, logging in has been super quick. I’ve been having a few problems this last week since it was updated. App doesn’t keep my Face ID login and I constantly have to type in user ID and PW. I have always enjoyed the simplicity of it just a bit of a drag recently with those little issues of logging in.
I would LOVE to see the transactions listed in the checking a bit smaller and much more compact. The font seems a bit larger or even provide an option on viewing preferences since many may struggle to see smaller fonts. I would just like to see more transactions on my screen and maybe reduce it to one line each. There’s a lot of info per transaction, it’s just be nice to collapse or expand if you wanted to see more.
I check my account pretty much a hundred times a day so I notice every little hang-up! I really to love this app!

This app was supposed to be “awesome” and be “so easy to use”. This app is so bad you can’t trust anything it is supposed to do. Auto bill pay??? The only thing that is automatic is you have to automatically check your account daily to see if the app worked...... save your time..... it did not work.

I have been a RMLEFCU member for two decades..... I will be closing all accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
