Definitely a step down from previous app. Once you submit an order and click on track order, you get an error saying this order is not under this account. So it is impossible to see an estimated delivery time without calling the store. Order details shows time as 20 minutes from submission which isn’t true. Plus it is constantly requiring you to re- log in which is a pain. Why not enable facial recognition.

Every time I try to order they won’t take my money. Guess they’re too good for a customer who’s been coming since they’ve been a kid. Only work around it to use uber eats to order but that costs more money so I’m never ordering here ever again.

I’ve been ordering from Romeo’s Pizza for over 15 years and this is so much better then the old app!

Great update to the old App, old app was clunky and was hard to use. Love the new one
