We are testing the rootly on call solution this week. The app is similar to the Pager Duty iphone app in that you can have it alert you even in do-not-disturb mode. In our testing we are able to get “paged” through the app and also we are able to acknowledge and resolve alerts in the app if needed without going to the web UI. That is all I expected it to do right now and it worked. Hence my rating.
