GoTemp Pro (formerly DS Solutions) provides service technicians with faster, smarter, and more powerful tools for troubleshooting and servicing Commercial and Residential product lines across all brands, including Champion, Coleman, Evcon, Fraser-Johnston, Guardian, Johnson Controls, Luxaire, TempMaster, and York.
Access information easily by scanning the QR label on the rating plate or entering the unit’s serial number. Whether on or off the job site, technicians save time with features like:

Able to get install instructions and warranty info.
Worthless
Unresponsive, will not allow to use mail function,when you attempt to mail support from app, takes you to an account page that does nothing but show you “account added”. Great way to make techs mad and customers cold.
