In the branch and at the Drive thru you never have enough help and the excess chatting could stop. When I do my banking I want it to be quick, I’m very impatient due to life long health issues I just don’t tolerate ppl very well after years of being picked and prodded. PLEASE just speed things up I desire QUICK friendly service without the extra chat. Have a beautiful and blessed afternoon.

The app developers have got to be kidding us with this update, right? The credentials I’ve been using since I was 18 aren’t working and I can’t login into this crappy updated app to see any of my information to transfer my money. The fact that I’m seeing this issue has been going on for a full WEEK while in the mean time the old app is unavailable for use and literally provides a nothing but a link to forcibly transfer us to this one when this piece of crap clearly isn’t ready for launch is unacceptable.

This is seriously making me consider switching banks because SAFE hasn’t gotten with the times in all these years to learn how to incorporate Apple/Google Pay in their app anyway.

I love this app it’s easy and convenient. But there are two thing I don’t like about it. One, I don’t like since they have updated the app you can no longer view your balance on other accounts that you may have. And two is that you can’t withdraw money out of your other accounts, you can only deposit into those accounts and you can’t see the balance anymore. Other than that it gets the job done.
