App won't open
App does not work on my IPhone 5 or 6. It will not even open. Have tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting phone, nothing works. Called tech support, they were no help, suggested newer IOS versions were cause, suggested wiping everything off phone and reinstalling older IOS version..... Maybe Sage should release a new version?
Our business has been using the Sage mobile app for a credit card processing for a couple of years now. However, the latest version of the app crashes at the most inopportune times - most notably after the card has been swiped and read, but prior to the completion of the transaction. The problem has only gotten worse since we upgraded to newer phones (now using the iPhone 6S). We value the ability to process customer payments while on the job, but need a reliable way to do that. Unfortunately, this version of the mobile app leaves much to be desired. Please repair and the problems and update the app soon!
